1. Running-Running increases the body's respiratory system outputs, it strengthens the heart, and decreases the body's blood pressure. Running also increases blood circulation, tones muscle and has been known to improve balance and posture.

 2. Recreational Sports- Playing any type of recreational sports will definitely get the blood pumping but it will also improve muscle strength and hand eye coordination.
